On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. On Polymarket, traders manually set the odds for each possible exact score through buying and selling shares. The current price of any outcome represents the market’s collective belief about how likely that score is to occur. High-volume outcomes typically show tighter odds, while less-expected scores remain at longer shots. This decentralized pricing mechanism allows rapid adjustments as new information emerges, reflecting real-time sentiment among participants on Polymarket.
