On Polymarket, the Canada vs. Qatar second half result is priced through an automated market maker that converts trader buy and sell orders into real-time odds. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. Each outcome (Canada win, draw, Qatar win in the second half) has a separate contract, and the price of each reflects the cumulative probability assigned by all traders. As traders buy or sell contracts, prices shift to balance supply and demand, creating a continuous market price that updates with every transaction throughout the event window.
The Canada vs. Qatar second half result market resolves on Jun 18, 2026. Resolution is determined by the official final score recorded during the second half of the match only, excluding any goals or events from the first half. The market will settle based on which team scores more goals in the second 45 minutes, or whether the second half ends in a draw. Official match records from the governing body are used to confirm the outcome.
Key catalysts for price movement include team news such as injuries to star players, lineup announcements, and tactical changes revealed before kickoff. First-half performance is critical: if Canada dominates the first half, traders may bid up their second-half odds; conversely, early Qatar goals could shift sentiment. In-game momentum, substitutions, and red cards during the first half will all influence second-half expectations. Weather conditions, referee decisions, and live betting sentiment from other markets can also trigger rapid repricing as the match unfolds.
