Frequently asked questions

On Limitless, the Cache least-played map market dashboard tracks real-time odds and historical price movements for this prediction on whether Cache will be the least-played map at XSE Pro League 2026. The interface displays current market sentiment, 24-hour trading volume, and outcome probabilities as traders buy and sell shares. This market reflects collective expectations about map selection and competitive play patterns leading up to the tournament, allowing participants to monitor how confidence shifts as new team rosters, patch updates, or strategic announcements emerge.

Prediction markets and traditional sportsbooks operate under different models. Sportsbooks set fixed odds with built-in margins and adjust lines based on liability management. Prediction markets like this one are driven by supply and demand from traders, creating dynamic prices that reflect real-time consensus. This market's odds may diverge from sportsbook lines because prediction markets reward accuracy over time and attract specialists focused on esports map strategy, whereas sportsbooks prioritize balanced action. Direct comparison is difficult without simultaneous sportsbook pricing on the same outcome.

On Limitless, this market is priced through continuous order-book matching, where traders submit bids and asks for shares representing yes or no outcomes. On Limitless, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The price reflects the marginal trade—the last executed transaction—and moves as new orders flow in. Traders profit by buying low and selling high, or by holding shares until resolution. Liquidity and spreads depend on overall participation; deeper order books typically result in tighter bid-ask gaps and more efficient price discovery around the true probability of Cache being the least-played map.

This market resolves around Jul 12, 2026, after XSE Pro League 2026 concludes and final map statistics are available. The outcome is determined by verifying which map received the fewest plays across all tournament matches against credible public sources, including official league records and broadcast data. Once the event is complete and the least-played map is confirmed, the market settles automatically. Traders holding yes shares on Cache receive their payout if it is indeed the least-played map; those holding no shares are paid out if another map holds that distinction.

Several factors could shift odds significantly. Major game patches that rebalance Cache's competitive viability or introduce new exploits will influence team strategy and map selection. Roster changes and team announcements revealing map pool preferences can signal reduced Cache play. Early season tournament results showing Cache bans or low pick rates will strengthen the yes case. Conversely, surprise Cache dominance in qualifiers or pro player endorsements of the map could push odds lower. Meta shifts, coaching staff decisions, and official league map pool adjustments closer to the event will all drive trader repositioning as new information emerges.
