Description

CA Rosario Central and Independiente del Valle will compete in a Copa Libertadores match scheduled for April 9, 2026. Three mutually exclusive outcomes are possible: a draw, a Rosario Central win, or an Independiente del Valle win, with resolution based on the result within 90 minutes of regular play plus stoppage time. If the match is postponed, markets remain open until completion; if canceled with no rescheduling, the draw market resolves "Yes" while win markets resolve "No".

PredictionHero - Resolution Divergence Alerts (RDA)

Unified Resolution Criteria (Consistent across platforms)

Polymarket and Kalshi both resolve based on the official match outcome (win, loss, or draw) within 90 minutes plus stoppage time on April 9, 2026, using the same primary source (CONMEBOL/governing body official statistics).

Primary resolution logic:

Official statistics from CONMEBOL Libertadores and the governing body or event organizers; if unavailable within 2 hours post-match, credible reporting consensus.

Core resolution logic:

  • The match outcome is determined by the result after 90 minutes of regular play plus stoppage time only (no extra time or penalties).
  • Three mutually exclusive outcomes exist: CA Rosario Central win, Independiente del Valle win, or draw.
  • Exactly one of the three Polymarket markets (Rosario win, Independiente win, or draw) will resolve YES; the other two resolve NO.
  • Kalshi's three markets (Rosario win, Independiente win, or draw) all resolve YES if their respective outcome occurs, and NO otherwise.
  • If the match is postponed, all markets remain open until completion.
  • If the match is canceled with no make-up game, Polymarket's draw market resolves YES and the win markets resolve NO; Kalshi's markets all resolve NO.

Edge cases & Clarifications:

  • Match Postponement: If the match is postponed, all markets on both platforms remain open and unresolved until the match is completed on its rescheduled date.
  • Match Cancellation Without Makeup: If the match is canceled entirely with no makeup game, Polymarket's draw market resolves YES (per explicit rule) while its win markets resolve NO. Kalshi's markets all resolve NO per its cancellation clause.
  • Source Fallback: If CONMEBOL or the governing body does not publish final statistics within 2 hours after match conclusion, both platforms permit resolution based on consensus of credible reporting sources.

Timing:

Resolution occurs upon official publication of the final match result by CONMEBOL or the governing body, or within 2 hours post-match via credible reporting consensus if official sources are delayed.
