On Polymarket, this market is priced through an automated market maker and continuous trader orders, where buyers and sellers set the odds by placing bets on each possible exact score. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The price of any outcome reflects the cumulative demand for that result, with higher prices indicating stronger trader conviction. As new information emerges or match conditions change, traders adjust their positions, moving the odds in real time. The platform's transparent order book allows participants to see all active bids and offers, ensuring price discovery is driven by genuine market participation rather than a centralized operator.
This market resolves around Jul 26, 2026, once the match concludes and the final score is confirmed. The outcome is determined by the exact number of goals scored by each team, verified against credible public sources covering the event. Traders who correctly predicted the final score before resolution will receive their payout based on the odds at which they entered their position. Until the match is played and the result is official, the market remains open for trading, allowing participants to adjust their positions or hedge their exposure as new developments unfold.
Several factors can shift odds in this market before the match kicks off. Team news such as injuries to key players, lineup announcements, or tactical changes often trigger significant price movement. Weather conditions at the venue, recent form and head-to-head history, and betting syndicate activity can all influence trader sentiment. As match day approaches, late-breaking developments like unexpected absences or last-minute roster decisions may cause sharp repricing. During the match itself, live scoring updates will drive continuous adjustments, with early goals or red cards dramatically altering the probability of specific final scores.
