On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. On Polymarket, this market is priced through an automated market maker that converts trader orders into real-time odds. Each outcome has a price between 0 and 1 (or 0–100 cents), reflecting the collective probability estimate. As traders buy or sell shares of either outcome, the price adjusts algorithmically to balance supply and demand, ensuring continuous liquidity and transparent price discovery throughout the event window.
This market resolves around Jul 31, 2026, once the match concludes and the first goal is verified. The outcome is determined by which team scores the opening goal, confirmed against credible public sources such as official match records or major sports reporting outlets. Early resolution may occur if one team scores before the market end date; otherwise, final confirmation happens after the full-time whistle and any official review.
Team news—injuries, lineup changes, or tactical shifts—can significantly alter scoring probabilities. Recent form, head-to-head records, and home-field advantage are key drivers of early-goal likelihood. Weather conditions, pitch quality, and referee assignments may also influence pace and attacking intent. As kickoff approaches, late-breaking roster updates or betting syndicate activity can trigger sharp price moves. Once the match begins, early chances, defensive errors, or goalkeeper performance will shift odds rapidly until the first goal is scored.
