This event group covers the exact final score prediction market for the CA Bucaramanga vs. Cúcuta Deportivo FC match scheduled for August 3, 2026. It includes multiple possible scorelines and an 'Any Other Score' outcome on Polymarket, while Kalshi focuses on over/under goal thresholds.
In the upcoming Colombia Primera A game between CA Bucaramanga and Cúcuta Deportivo FC, scheduled for August 3, 2026 at 9:00 PM ET: This market will resolve based on the final score of the CA Bucaramanga vs. Cúcuta Deportivo FC match originally scheduled for August 3, 2026 at 9:00 PM ET, considering only the result at the end of 90 minutes of regulation plus stoppage time; extra time and penalty shoot-outs are excluded. If the actual score is not one of the explicitly listed outcomes, the market resolves to "Any Other Score." If the match is postponed, the market will remain open until it is completed; if it is canceled with no make-up game, the market resolves to "0-0." The primary resolution source for this market is the official statistics of the event as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. However, if the governing body or event organizers have not published final match statistics within 2 hours after the event's conclusion, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead. All markets will settle based on the official final result as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. Revisions to officially declared final scores made after market resolution will not be accounted for in determining the outcome.
The event evaluates multiple thresholds for total goals scored in the Bucaramanga vs Cucuta Colombian Liga DIMAYOR soccer match scheduled for August 3, 2026. Each market resolves to 'Yes' if the total goals exceed a specified threshold—0.5, 1.5, 2.5, 3.5, 4.5, or 5.5—after 90 minutes of regular play plus any stoppage time, excluding extra time or penalty kicks. All markets are independent, meaning each threshold is assessed separately. The governing rules emphasize that the event considers only goals scored during the standard match timeframe, and Kalshi explicitly disclaims any official affiliation with the league or ownership of associated trademarks and branding.
Prediction market odds on this market often diverge from traditional sportsbook lines because they reflect decentralized trader sentiment rather than set bookmaker margins. While sportsbooks may offer fixed payouts for common outcomes, prediction markets price every exact score independently, sometimes yielding higher or lower implied probabilities for less popular results. Traders can exploit these differences, especially when market odds shift sharply ahead of the match.
On Polymarket and Kalshi, prices can vary due to differences in user base, liquidity, and trading activity. Polymarket and Kalshi can show different implied probabilities for the same outcome because of liquidity, fee structure, participant mix, and how each venue defines the contract. For instance, one platform might attract more local fans, skewing its probabilities toward a favored scoreline, while the other could reflect a global, more neutral outlook. Volume disparities—$495,684 versus $494,984—also amplify price gaps, especially for niche outcomes with fewer traders.
