Key catalysts include team lineups and injury announcements, particularly losses of key strikers or defensive players that affect scoring likelihood. Recent form and head-to-head history shape expectations about each team's attacking and defensive strength. Weather conditions on match day—rain, wind, or extreme heat—can influence goal-scoring patterns. Tactical shifts, managerial changes, or pre-match statements about playing style may signal intent to attack or defend conservatively. Live match events such as early goals, red cards, or momentum swings will drive sharp repricing as traders update their probability estimates in real time.
