However, if the governing body or event organizers have not published final match statistics within 2 hours after the event's conclusion, data from Flashscore may be used; if Flashscore data is unavailable, data from Sofascore may be used; if neither is available, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead. All markets will settle based on the official final result as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. Revisions to officially declared final scores made after market resolution will not be accounted for in determining the outcome. If no acceptable data is available within 24 hours of the event's conclusion, this market will resolve 50-50, or to "Draw" where applicable.

Typically, prediction market odds reflect a wisdom-of-the-crowd effect, often differing from traditional sportsbook odds. Sportsbooks set lines to balance action and incorporate a profit margin, while this market allows participants to directly express their beliefs about the probability of each exact score. If a significant discrepancy exists, arbitrage opportunities may arise, where traders can profit by simultaneously betting on Polymarket and a sportsbook. However, it’s important to note that sportsbooks and prediction markets have different user bases and information sources, leading to potentially varied perspectives on the likely outcome.
On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism. Traders buy and sell contracts representing different exact scores, and the price of each contract reflects the market’s assessment of its probability. As more traders participate, the prices adjust to reflect the collective wisdom of the crowd. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The market depth, or the number of contracts available at different price points, indicates the level of confidence in each outcome. Higher volume generally suggests greater agreement among traders regarding the likelihood of a particular result.
This market resolves around Sep 19, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The final, official result of the Bucheon FC 1995 versus Gimcheon Sangmu FC match, specifically the exact score, will be used to determine the winning contracts. Any delays in official reporting may impact the resolution timeline, but the platform will aim for a swift and accurate settlement based on the publicly available and verified information following the conclusion of the match.
Several factors could influence the trading activity in this market. News regarding player injuries, team formations, or changes in coaching staff for either Bucheon FC 1995 or Gimcheon Sangmu FC could all shift expectations. Unexpected weather conditions on match day could also play a role. Furthermore, any significant shifts in public opinion, as reflected by sports analysts or betting previews, might impact trading volume and prices. Major events impacting player morale or team dynamics are also likely to influence how traders assess the probabilities of different exact scores.
