The primary resolution source for this market is the official statistics of the event as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. However, if the governing body or event organizers have not published final match statistics within 2 hours after the event's conclusion, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead. All markets will settle based on the official final result as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. Revisions to officially declared final scores made after market resolution will not be accounted for in determining the outcome.
Resolution is based on the total goals scored by both teams in the Bucheon vs FC Anyang professional Korea K League 1 soccer game originally scheduled for July 22, 2026, measured after 90 minutes plus stoppage time (excluding extra time and penalties). Each market resolves to Yes if the combined goal total exceeds its specified threshold: 0.5, 1.5, 2.5, 3.5, 4.5, or 5.5 goals. The resolution is determined solely by the official final score at the end of regulation play.
Prediction markets and traditional sportsbooks price events differently because they operate under distinct mechanisms. Sportsbooks set odds to balance their book and manage risk, while prediction markets derive prices from continuous trader activity and supply-demand dynamics. Prediction market odds often reflect real-time consensus among participants with financial skin in the game, sometimes leading to sharper or earlier price moves than traditional venues. For this match, comparing this market's odds to major sportsbooks can reveal whether traders are pricing the exact score differently than professional oddsmakers.
Team news—injuries, suspensions, or lineup changes—can shift odds significantly, as can recent form, head-to-head history, and weather conditions on match day. Betting syndicates or sharp traders entering large positions may trigger rapid repricing across both platforms. Public sentiment shifts, such as viral social media commentary or expert analysis, can also influence trader behavior. As kickoff approaches, late-breaking roster updates or venue-specific factors often drive final adjustments, making the hours immediately before the match a period of heightened volatility.
