In the upcoming Denmark Superliga game between Brøndby IF and FC København, scheduled for September 20, 2026 at 8:00 AM ET: This market will resolve based on the final score of the Brøndby IF vs. FC København match originally scheduled for September 20, 2026 at 8:00 AM ET, considering only the result at the end of 90 minutes of regulation plus stoppage time; extra time and penalty shoot-outs are excluded. If the actual score is not one of the explicitly listed outcomes, the market resolves to "Any Other Score." If the match is postponed, the market will remain open until it is completed; if it is canceled with no make-up game, the market resolves to "0-0." The primary resolution source for this market is the official statistics of the event as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. However, if the governing body or event organizers have not published final match statistics within 2 hours after the event's conclusion, data from Flashscore may be used; if Flashscore data is unavailable, data from Sofascore may be used; if neither is available, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead. All markets will settle based on the official final result as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. Revisions to officially declared final scores made after market resolution will not be accounted for in determining the outcome. If no acceptable data is available within 24 hours of the event's conclusion, this market will resolve 50-50, or to "Draw" where applicable.

Typically, prediction market odds reflect the wisdom of the crowd, often differing from initial sportsbook offerings. Sportsbooks often set lines to attract balanced betting, while this market allows traders to freely express their beliefs about the probability of each exact score. If a significant number of traders believe a particular outcome is more likely than sportsbooks suggest, the odds on Polymarket will shift accordingly. It's common to see prediction markets outperform traditional sportsbooks in terms of accuracy, especially as the event approaches and more information becomes available.
On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism. Traders buy and sell shares representing each possible exact score, and the price of a share directly corresponds to the implied probability of that outcome. As more shares are traded, the price adjusts to reflect the collective belief of the market participants. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The price movements are driven by supply and demand; if more people buy shares of a particular score, its price increases, signaling a higher perceived probability. This dynamic pricing ensures the market reflects the latest information and insights.
This market resolves around Sep 20, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the final result of the Brøndby IF vs. FC København match is verifiable from credible public reporting. The exact score determined by official match statistics will be used to determine the winning share(s) in this market. Any disputes regarding the official result will be addressed using widely accepted sources for Danish Superliga match data. Traders should monitor official sources for the final score to understand the resolution of this market.
Several factors could significantly impact the odds in this market. Any news regarding key player injuries or suspensions for either Brøndby IF or FC København would likely cause shifts. Changes in team form, tactical adjustments announced by the managers, or even weather conditions on match day could influence trader sentiment. Unexpected news related to team morale or internal conflicts could also play a role. A significant upset in either team’s previous match could also cause movement, as traders reassess the probabilities.
