On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. On Polymarket, traders collectively set the odds through buying and selling shares of possible score outcomes. The current leading probability reflects the share price of the most favored result, with liquidity and volume affecting how quickly prices adjust. As new data emerges — such as lineup changes or weather updates — participants react, shifting the market toward what they see as the most likely final score.
This market resolves around Aug 22, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The final score recorded at the end of regular time — before any extra periods or penalties — determines the result, matching the exact tally that traders predicted when they placed their bets.
Injuries to key players, weather conditions, or tactical changes announced by either coaching staff could all shift this market. Momentum swings during early match play — such as a red card or a rapid goal — may also cause rapid re-pricing as traders reassess the likelihood of various scorelines. Any news affecting team morale or fatigue from recent fixtures can influence expectations for the final score.
