This event group covers the exact final score of the Bristol City FC vs. Millwall FC match scheduled for August 15, 2026, in the EFL Championship. The markets resolve based on the official match result after 90 minutes of regulation plus stoppage time, excluding extra time and penalty shoot-outs.
In the upcoming EFL Championship game between Bristol City FC and Millwall FC, scheduled for August 15, 2026 at 10:00 AM ET: This market will resolve based on the final score of the Bristol City FC vs. Millwall FC match originally scheduled for August 15, 2026 at 10:00 AM ET, considering only the result at the end of 90 minutes of regulation plus stoppage time; extra time and penalty shoot-outs are excluded. If the actual score is not one of the explicitly listed outcomes, the market resolves to "Any Other Score." If the match is postponed, the market will remain open until it is completed; if it is canceled with no make-up game, the market resolves to "0-0." The primary resolution source for this market is the official statistics of the event as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. However, if the governing body or event organizers have not published final match statistics within 2 hours after the event's conclusion, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead. All markets will settle based on the official final result as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. Revisions to officially declared final scores made after market resolution will not be accounted for in determining the outcome.
The event evaluates whether the total goals scored by both Bristol City and Millwall in their EFL Championship match exceed specified thresholds. All markets resolve based on goals scored after 90 minutes of regular play plus any stoppage time, with extra time and penalty shootout goals excluded. Each market corresponds to a different threshold, ranging from over 0.5 goals to over 5.5 goals. If the actual number of goals meets or exceeds the threshold for a given market, that market resolves to Yes; otherwise, it resolves to No. All markets are independent, and each has its own resolution criteria based solely on the final goal count within the defined timeframe. Kalshi disclaims any official affiliation with the governing league, and all trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
Prediction market odds on this market often differ from traditional sportsbook lines because they reflect decentralized trader sentiment rather than set bookmaker margins. While sportsbooks may offer spread or over/under lines with built-in edges, prediction markets let participants bet directly on precise outcomes, such as specific scorelines. This can create price discrepancies, especially when market volume is $38,913; prediction markets may react faster to new information, pricing in shifts that sportsbooks update more gradually.
On Polymarket and Kalshi, prices can vary due to differences in user bases, liquidity, and market design. Polymarket and Kalshi can show different implied probabilities for the same outcome because of liquidity, fee structure, participant mix, and how each venue defines the contract. For instance, one platform might have deeper volume behind certain score outcomes, pushing its implied probabilities away from the other. Trading activity and sentiment can also diverge, especially when overall volume remains low at $38,913. These dynamics mean the two venues may show distinct pricing curves for this market.
