On Limitless, this market is priced through a continuous auction, where traders buy and sell shares representing their belief in the outcome. The price of a share directly corresponds to the probability of ‘Bournemouth and Brentford have 4 or more total cards?’ occurring. As more people buy shares, the price increases, indicating a higher perceived probability, and vice versa. On Limitless, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The market’s price reflects the collective intelligence of all participants, making it a dynamic and real-time assessment of the event’s likelihood.
This market resolves around Sep 13, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The final card count from the Bournemouth versus Brentford match will be used to determine whether four or more total cards were issued. The official match report will serve as the basis for verification. Traders who correctly predicted the outcome will be paid out based on the final price of the shares at resolution, while those who predicted incorrectly will forfeit their stake.
Several factors could influence the price of this market. News regarding player suspensions or injuries to key players known for receiving cards could significantly shift expectations. Changes in referee assignments, particularly if the assigned referee is known for a higher or lower card issuance rate, could also impact trading activity. Even weather conditions, which might lead to a more physical game, could play a role. Any late-breaking news related to team tactics or anticipated game intensity could move this market before Sep 13, 2026.
