Unified Resolution Criteria (Consistent across platforms)

Polymarket and Kalshi resolve all markets based on the official final score from cbf.com.br after 90 minutes plus stoppage time, with identical thresholds and outcomes across all comparable market types.Primary resolution logic: Official statistics from cbf.com.br (Brazilian Football Confederation) as the governing body for Série A; consensus of credible reporting if official statistics are not published within 2 hours after event conclusion.

Core resolution logic:

  • Over/Under markets (1.5, 2.5, 3.5, 4.5) resolve based on combined goals scored by both teams: Over if total meets or exceeds the stated threshold, Under if below.
  • Spread markets resolve based on goal differential: Botafogo (-1.5) resolves YES if Botafogo wins by 2+ goals; Botafogo (-2.5) resolves YES if Botafogo wins by 3+ goals; Coritiba (-1.5) resolves YES if Coritiba wins by 2+ goals; Coritiba (-2.5) resolves YES if Coritiba wins by 3+ goals.
  • Both Teams to Score resolves YES if each team scores at least one goal; NO if either team scores zero goals.
  • All markets consider only the first 90 minutes of regular play plus stoppage time; extra time and penalties are excluded.
  • If the game is postponed, markets remain open until completion. If canceled entirely with no make-up game, all markets resolve 50-50.

  • Game Started But Not Completed: If the match begins but is abandoned before completion, resolution uses the official final score published on cbf.com.br at the time of abandonment.
  • Postponement and Rescheduling: If the match is postponed to a later date, all markets remain open and do not resolve until the rescheduled game is completed.
  • Cancellation Without Make-Up: If the match is canceled entirely and no make-up game is scheduled, all markets in this group resolve 50-50.
  • Delayed Official Statistics: If cbf.com.br does not publish final match statistics within 2 hours after the event's conclusion, resolution may use consensus of credible reporting sources instead.
