Description

This event tracks home run performance by specific players in an upcoming baseball match. Outcomes depend on whether designated batters hit certain numbers of home runs during the game. The settlement considers player participation and starting status to ensure fair resolution.

Kalshi

The event resolves based on whether specified players hit a minimum number of home runs in the Boston vs Toronto game scheduled for August 12, 2026. Each market corresponds to a different player and home run threshold (1+ or 2+). If a player is not in the starting lineup, or does not record a plate appearance, the market resolves to the fair market price. Pinch-hit at-bats are excluded from consideration. Only players who start and record at least one plate appearance contribute to the settlement, which depends solely on the total home runs they hit meeting or exceeding the threshold defined in each market.
