If Boston scores more runs in that inning, the 'Boston wins 4th inning' market resolves to Yes. If New York Y scores more runs, the 'New York Y wins 4th inning' market resolves to Yes. If both teams score the same number of runs, the 'Tie 4th inning' market resolves to Yes. Importantly, only runs scored during the 4th inning count, and if the game is called before the inning completes, all markets resolve to a Fair Price.
