Prediction market odds on this market often differ from traditional sportsbook lines due to community-driven pricing and unique betting mechanics. While sportsbooks set fixed odds based on analytical models and risk management, prediction platforms let traders buy and sell contracts at dynamic prices that reflect real-time sentiment. This can lead to sharper or more volatile odds, especially as new information emerges. For example, a sudden pitching change or injury could shift this market faster than sportsbook lines adjust, creating opportunities for traders who watch both sides closely.
