Prediction market odds on this market often differ from traditional sportsbook lines due to unique trader dynamics and betting structures. While sportsbooks may incorporate broader public betting patterns and adjusted margins, prediction markets let participants bet directly on outcomes with transparent, community-driven pricing. This can lead to variations in implied probabilities, especially as match-specific news — like player injuries or weather updates — influences trader sentiment. Comparing both can offer insights into where public and market-expert views diverge.
On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now.
