Injuries, weather conditions, or tactical decisions by managers can all shift this market. If a star striker is ruled out or rain is forecast to affect the pitch, expectations for an early goal may rise or fall. Pre-match press conferences, training session reports, and even early in-game events — like a missed chance or a red card — often cause rapid swings in trader sentiment and pricing before the final whistle.
