In the upcoming Serie A game between Bologna FC 1909 and Torino FC, scheduled for September 19, 2026 at 9:00 AM ET: This market will resolve based on the halftime score of the Bologna FC 1909 vs. Torino FC match originally scheduled for September 19, 2026 at 9:00 AM ET, considering only goals scored within the first 45 minutes of regular play plus first-half stoppage time; second-half goals, extra time, and penalty shoot-outs are excluded. If the actual halftime score is not one of the explicitly listed outcomes, the market resolves to "Any Other Score." If the match is postponed, the market will remain open until it is completed; if it is canceled with no make-up game, the market resolves to "0-0." The primary resolution source for this market is the official statistics of the event as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. However, if the governing body or event organizers have not published final match statistics within 2 hours after the event's conclusion, data from Flashscore may be used; if Flashscore data is unavailable, data from Sofascore may be used; if neither is available, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead. All markets will settle based on the official final result as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. Revisions to officially declared final scores made after market resolution will not be accounted for in determining the outcome. If no acceptable data is available within 24 hours of the event's conclusion, this market will resolve 50-50, or to "Draw" where applicable.

Typically, prediction market odds reflect the wisdom of the crowd and can differ from traditional sportsbook odds. Sportsbooks often set initial lines to balance action, while this market allows traders to freely express their beliefs about the probability of each exact first-half score. If a significant discrepancy emerges between this market and sportsbook lines, it could indicate that the crowd believes the sportsbook is mispricing the event. However, it’s important to remember that both represent probabilities, and neither is guaranteed to be correct.
On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism. Traders buy and sell contracts representing each possible exact first-half score. The price of each contract reflects the implied probability of that outcome occurring. As more traders buy a particular contract, its price increases, signaling a higher perceived likelihood. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The market’s price movements are driven entirely by supply and demand from traders, making it a dynamic reflection of collective belief about the match’s first half.
This market resolves around Sep 19, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The final score of the first half of the Bologna FC 1909 versus Torino FC match will determine the winning contract. The resolution will be based on the official match result as reported by a recognized sports data provider. Any disputes regarding the official result will be handled according to Polymarket’s standard procedures.
Several factors could influence this market before the match concludes. Late-breaking news regarding player injuries or suspensions for either Bologna or Torino would likely cause significant shifts in probabilities. Changes in weather conditions, such as heavy rain, could also impact the expected style of play and influence trading activity. Even pre-match analysis from respected football commentators could sway the crowd’s perception and move the market. Any unexpected developments leading up to kickoff have the potential to alter the odds.
