Description

This market will resolve "Yes" if at least one player finishes BLAST Bounty 2026 Season 2, scheduled for July 21, 2026 to August 2, 2026, with an HLTV rating of 1.30 or higher across their completed maps at the event. Otherwise, this market will resolve "No." HLTV rating is measured across all of a player's completed maps at the event, as recorded by HLTV. To qualify, a player must have played a minimum of 5 maps; a rating of 1.30 or higher by any player meeting this threshold resolves the market "Yes." If the event is cancelled, or is not completed such that its results are not determined by August 16, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, this market will resolve "No." The resolution source for this market will be official information from HLTV (https://www.hltv.org); however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.

Frequently asked questions

On Polymarket, the Blast Bounty 2026 player rating market dashboard tracks real-time odds on whether any competitor will finish the event with a rating of 1.30 or higher. The interface displays current price movements, historical price trends, and trading activity for this specific outcome. Traders can monitor how sentiment shifts as the tournament progresses and player performances become clearer. The dashboard provides transparency into market depth and allows participants to place or adjust positions based on evolving expectations about elite-level player performance at the event.

Prediction market odds and sportsbook odds operate under different models. Sportsbooks set fixed lines designed to balance action and lock in profit margins, while prediction markets like this one derive odds from continuous trader participation—each participant essentially voting with real money on the likelihood of an outcome. This market reflects aggregated trader conviction about whether any player will achieve a 1.30+ rating. Sportsbooks typically adjust lines more slowly and may carry wider margins, whereas prediction markets often respond faster to new information and player developments, making them useful for comparing against traditional betting lines.

On Polymarket, this market is priced through an automated market maker mechanism where traders buy and sell shares representing the outcome. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The price reflects the collective probability estimate of all active traders; as more capital flows toward "Yes" or "No," the odds shift accordingly. Traders profit by correctly predicting whether any player will end the event with a 1.30+ rating. The continuous pricing model ensures liquidity and allows participants to enter or exit positions throughout the tournament window, with prices updating in real time as new information emerges.

Several catalysts could shift odds in this market. Strong early performances by top-tier players raise the probability of someone reaching a 1.30+ rating, while unexpected upsets or injuries to key competitors could lower it. Tournament format changes, rule adjustments, or public announcements about player participation will influence trader expectations. Real-time rating updates during the event typically trigger sharp price movements as traders react to confirmed performances. Media coverage highlighting standout players and expert analysis also shapes sentiment. As the event progresses and more data becomes available, the market will increasingly reflect concrete evidence rather than speculation.
