A player from the Belgian national team will compete to score during the 2026 Men's FIFA World Cup.
Each market resolves to Yes if the specified player scores a goal during the 2026 Men's FIFA World Cup, with goals counted during regulation time, stoppage time, and extra time. Goals scored during penalty shootouts do not count. If a player does not enter a game during the tournament, their market resolves to No. This market has not been endorsed by FIFA.
Prediction market odds on Kalshi often diverge from traditional sportsbook odds because they reflect real-time trader sentiment rather than fixed bookmaker lines. Sportsbooks adjust odds to balance liability, while prediction markets aggregate decentralized beliefs about which Belgium players will score. Comparing Kalshi prices to major sportsbooks can reveal where traders see value or disagreement. Prediction markets typically update faster during breaking news or lineup changes, making them useful for spotting shifts that sportsbooks have not yet repriced.
Belgium: Goalscorers contracts on Kalshi are priced between 0 and 100 cents, where each cent represents a one-percent probability of that outcome occurring. On Kalshi, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. Traders buy and sell contracts based on their belief in whether a specific Belgium player will score, with the market price reflecting the collective probability estimate. Higher-priced contracts indicate stronger trader conviction; lower prices suggest lower perceived likelihood. Prices update continuously as new trades execute and as match conditions evolve.
The Belgium: Goalscorers market resolves on Jul 20, 2026. Resolution is determined by official match records of which players scored during the relevant Belgium fixture. Once the match concludes and goals are confirmed, the market settles based on the final goalscorer data. Traders holding contracts for players who scored receive payouts, while those who backed non-scorers receive nothing. The exact resolution criteria depend on the specific match and player combinations covered by each contract.
Belgium: Goalscorers odds will likely shift in response to team news, injury announcements, lineup confirmations, and recent player form. Starting XI announcements typically trigger sharp repricing as traders adjust for who will actually play. Tactical changes, suspension updates, or coaching decisions can also move markets. Pre-match momentum, weather conditions, and opponent strength may influence perceived scoring likelihood. As match day approaches, odds typically stabilize unless major roster changes occur. Live match events will ultimately determine final settlement.
