Description

This event determines the outcome of the first half of a soccer match between Barnsley and Crewe scheduled for August 25, 2026, in the EFL Cup. The result will be based on which team leads after 45 minutes of play, including any stoppage time. If neither team scores or they score equally, the result will be a tie.

If Barnsley scores more goals than Crewe in the first half (including stoppage time), the 'Barnsley wins 1st Half' market resolves to Yes. If Crewe scores more goals than Barnsley in the same timeframe, the 'Crewe wins 1st Half' market resolves to Yes. If both teams score the same number of goals, or no goals are scored, the 'Tie 1st Half' market resolves to Yes. Should the match be cancelled or rescheduled to more than 48 hours beyond the original date, the market will resolve to a fair price as determined by the platform.
