These markets track whether Bangladesh and India will exceed specific run thresholds in their Women's T20 World Cup cricket match on June 25, 2026. Each team's total runs scored during their innings determines the outcome of the corresponding markets.
Resolution is based on the actual total runs scored by each team during the Bangladesh vs India Women's T20 World Cup match scheduled for June 25, 2026 at 9:30 AM EDT. If the match is cancelled before play begins or delayed more than 48 hours from the scheduled start time, all markets resolve to fair market price as determined by the Exchange. If play begins but no official result is declared (including via DLS), markets resolve to fair market price except for statistics already definitively achieved, which resolve on recorded results. If the match is shortened with an official result declared (via DLS or other ICC-approved method), statistical markets resolve based on actual recorded statistics only, without projections or adjustments.
Prediction market odds and traditional sportsbook odds often diverge because they reflect different participant bases and incentive structures. Sportsbooks set lines to balance action and lock in profit margins, while prediction markets like this one are driven by traders risking real capital on their beliefs about outcomes. This market's odds represent aggregated trader conviction rather than bookmaker pricing, which can lead to meaningful differences, especially as new information emerges closer to the event.
On Kalshi, this market is priced through a continuous order-book mechanism where traders buy and sell shares representing different run-total outcomes. On Kalshi, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The price of each outcome reflects the collective willingness of traders to commit capital, with bid-ask spreads tightening as liquidity increases. As the Bangladesh vs India match approaches, prices adjust in real time based on new trades, team news, and updated expectations about team performance.
This market resolves around Jun 25, 2026, once the match concludes and official results are available. The outcome is determined by verified team run totals from the match, confirmed through credible public reporting of the event. Resolution occurs after the final score is officially recorded and any necessary verification is complete, at which point traders' positions settle based on the actual runs scored by each team.
Several factors could shift odds in this market before it closes. Team roster announcements, injury updates, and recent form or head-to-head records may influence trader expectations about run-scoring potential. Weather forecasts, pitch reports, and toss outcomes on match day can also drive significant repricing. Additionally, early-match performance—such as quick wickets or aggressive batting—often triggers sharp moves as traders update their assessments of final team totals in real time.
