This market focuses on predicting which team will score more runs in the first inning of an upcoming baseball game. It reflects the competitive start of the match, where early momentum can significantly influence the game's trajectory. Outcomes depend solely on runs scored within the first inning, with specific rules for ties or early game cancellations.
The market resolves based on the number of runs each team scores specifically during the first inning of the designated baseball game. If Baltimore scores more runs than New York M in that inning, the 'Baltimore wins 1st inning' market resolves to Yes. Conversely, if New York M scores more runs, the 'New York M wins 1st inning' market resolves to Yes. Should the teams score an equal number of runs, the 'Tie 1st inning' market resolves to Yes. Importantly, only runs scored in the first inning count, and if the game is called before the inning completes, all markets resolve to a Fair Price.
