This market tracks the outcome of the upcoming Major League Baseball game between the Baltimore Orioles and the New York Mets. Currently, the consensus probability of a Baltimore Orioles victory, as aggregated from Predict and Kalshi, is 99.0%. Resolution will be based on the official final statistics of the game as recognized by the governing body or event organizers, with a fallback to credible reporting if necessary. Keep an eye on September 15th at 7:10PM ET, as the result of this game will determine the market’s outcome.
The market resolves to Yes for the respective team if they win the professionally scheduled baseball game on September 15, 2026, at 7:10 PM EDT. If the game is postponed or delayed, the market stays open and closes after the rescheduled game finishes, provided it occurs within two days of the original date. If the game is cancelled or rescheduled to more than two days after the original date, the market resolves to a fair price. Kalshi is not affiliated with the Governing League, and all trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Prediction market odds, like those found on Kalshi and Predict, often differ from traditional sportsbook odds due to the mechanisms behind them. Sportsbooks set lines to balance action and incorporate a profit margin, while prediction markets are driven by the collective wisdom of traders who are incentivized to accurately forecast the outcome. This market’s odds reflect the aggregated beliefs of participants, potentially offering a more accurate assessment, especially as more information becomes available. However, sportsbooks may offer different types of wagers and have different limitations on bet sizes, affecting the comparison.
