Baltimore vs A's: 7th Inning Winner

The market determines the winner of the 7th inning in the specified Baltimore vs. A's baseball game. If Baltimore scores more runs in that inning, the 'Baltimore wins 7th inning' market resolves to Yes. If the A's score more runs, their corresponding market resolves to Yes. If both teams score the same number of runs, or if neither team scores any runs, the 'Tie 7th inning' market resolves to Yes. All outcomes consider only runs scored during the top and bottom of the 7th inning. If the game is called before the 7th inning is fully completed, all markets resolve to a Fair Price. The outcome depends solely on relative scoring within that single inning, regardless of the overall game result.
