On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism where traders buy and sell shares representing their belief in the outcome. The price of a share directly corresponds to the implied probability of that outcome occurring. As more traders participate, the price adjusts to reflect the collective wisdom of the crowd. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The market’s price is driven by supply and demand; increased buying pressure raises the price, while increased selling pressure lowers it, dynamically updating the perceived likelihood of each possibility.
This market resolves around Sep 23, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the result of the Azerbaijan vs. Tajikistan second half is verifiable from credible public reporting. The final score of the second half, as reported by official sources, will determine the winning outcome. Traders will then be able to claim their winnings based on the shares they hold corresponding to the correct result. The resolution process is designed to be transparent and based on publicly available information, ensuring a fair and accurate settlement.
Several factors could influence trading activity in this market before resolution. Any news regarding team injuries, changes in player lineups, or tactical adjustments announced by either team could shift expectations. Unexpected weather conditions during the match, or even significant momentum swings during the first half, could also lead to price movements. Furthermore, large trades by influential market participants could create short-term volatility. Monitoring these signals will be key to understanding how the market evolves leading up to Sep 23, 2026.
