In the upcoming FA Cup game between Aveley FC and Cheshunt FC, scheduled for September 5, 2026 at 10:00 AM ET: This market will resolve based on the final score of the Aveley FC vs. Cheshunt FC match originally scheduled for September 5, 2026 at 10:00 AM ET, considering only the result at the end of 90 minutes of regulation plus stoppage time; extra time and penalty shoot-outs are excluded. If the actual score is not one of the explicitly listed outcomes, the market resolves to "Any Other Score." If the match is postponed, the market will remain open until it is completed; if it is canceled with no make-up game, the market resolves to "0-0." The primary resolution source for this market is the official statistics of the event as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. However, if the governing body or event organizers have not published final match statistics within 2 hours after the event's conclusion, data from Flashscore may be used; if Flashscore data is unavailable, data from Sofascore may be used; if neither is available, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead. All markets will settle based on the official final result as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. Revisions to officially declared final scores made after market resolution will not be accounted for in determining the outcome.

Prediction market odds often differ from traditional sportsbook lines because they reflect crowd-sourced probabilities rather than set operator margins. In this market, the decentralized nature of Polymarket allows odds to adjust rapidly based on trader activity, potentially offering sharper or more volatile pricing than sportsbooks. Traders should compare both sources but note that prediction markets capture real-time sentiment, while sportsbooks incorporate broader risk management practices.
This market resolves around Sep 5, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the match result is verifiable from credible public reporting. The exact final score reported by official match records will set the winning outcome, and all trades will settle based on that verified scoreline. No additional interpretation or external data sources are needed beyond the publicly confirmed match result.
Injuries to key players, weather conditions affecting match play, or tactical changes announced by either coaching staff could shift trader sentiment and move this market. Midweek form, recent head-to-head statistics, and any last-minute lineup announcements often influence betting patterns in the days leading up to Sep 5, 2026. High volume spikes or large order placements on Polymarket will also cause price adjustments as traders react to new information.
