This market tracks the total number of corners that will be awarded during the Australia versus Egypt FIFA World Cup match. Across Limitless, Kalshi, and Polymarket, the aggregated consensus shows 10.0% probability for the over/under 7.5 corners outcome and 10.0% probability for the over/under 10.5 corners outcome, according to data from FIFA.com. The match is scheduled for July 3, 2026, and resolution will depend on the final corner count recorded during that fixture.
Total corners markets for the FIFA World Cup game between Australia and Egypt, scheduled for July 3 at 2:00 PM ET.
This event covers combined corner kick thresholds for both Australia and Egypt in their FIFA World Cup match scheduled for July 3, 2026. The total corner count includes all corners awarded to either team throughout the entire match duration, encompassing regulation time, stoppage time, and any extra time periods if applicable. Outcomes resolve Yes if the combined corner total reaches at least 7, 8, 9, 10, or 11 corners respectively. Each threshold is evaluated independently based on the final aggregate corner count from both teams. If the match is cancelled or rescheduled to more than two weeks away from the original date, affected markets will resolve to a fair price in accordance with standard rules rather than a binary outcome.
This market will resolve to "YES" if the combined total number of corners taken by Australia and Egypt is 11 or higher during regular time (90 minutes plus stoppage time only) in the World Cup match scheduled for July 3, 2026, 18:00 UTC. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "NO." If the match is canceled after it starts, this market will resolve based on official data recorded up to that point. If the match is canceled entirely before it starts or postponed/rescheduled to a restart date later than September 3, 2026, 23:59 UTC, this market will resolve to "NO."
Polymarket and Kalshi can show different implied probabilities for the same outcome because of liquidity, fee structure, participant mix, and how each venue defines the contract. Each platform operates under distinct rule sets, user bases, and liquidity conditions. Polymarket may attract traders focused on higher corner thresholds, while Kalshi draws participants betting on lower totals. Differences in trading volume, fee structures, and the precise wording of outcome definitions can also push prices apart. Additionally, traders may have varying access to team news or tactical intelligence, causing one platform to react faster to new information. These gaps typically narrow as resolution approaches and arbitrage opportunities become apparent.
Team news—injuries to key players, tactical shifts, or lineup announcements—can significantly alter corner expectations, since certain formations and playing styles generate more set pieces. Referee assignments may also influence outcomes, as different officials vary in corner-kick decisions. Pre-match analysis, recent form, and head-to-head history will shape trader positioning. Closer to kickoff, weather conditions and pitch quality could affect play style and set-piece frequency. Live trading during the match itself will react to early corner patterns, potentially shifting prices as the actual count accumulates.
