If Atlanta scores more runs in that inning, the 'Atlanta wins 3rd inning' market resolves to Yes. If Chicago C scores more runs, the 'Chicago C wins 3rd inning' market resolves to Yes. If both teams score the same number of runs, the 'Tie 3rd inning' market resolves to Yes. Importantly, only runs scored during the 3rd inning count; any runs scored before or after this inning are irrelevant. If the game is called or ends before the completion of the 3rd inning, all markets resolve to a Fair Price.
