Typically, prediction market odds reflect the collective wisdom of a diverse group of forecasters, often proving more accurate than traditional sportsbook odds, especially as the event approaches. Sportsbooks may incorporate biases or marketing considerations into their lines, while this market is driven purely by individuals putting their capital behind their beliefs. However, initial sportsbook lines can sometimes offer value if they significantly diverge from the prediction market’s assessment. It's important to compare both to identify potential discrepancies and make informed decisions.
