Description

This event tracks the total runs scored by both teams in the first five innings of an upcoming baseball game. Participants predict whether the combined runs will exceed various thresholds, offering different levels of risk and reward based on expected scoring levels.

Kalshi

All markets resolve based on the total runs scored by both teams combined in the first five innings of the specified baseball game. Each market corresponds to a different run threshold (0.5, 1.5, 2.5, 3.5, 4.5, 5.5, or 6.5 runs). If the combined runs exceed the threshold for a given market, it resolves to 'Yes'; otherwise, it resolves to 'No'. If the originally scheduled game is postponed or delayed, all markets remain open and will close after the rescheduled game concludes, provided the rescheduled date occurs within two days of the original date. The markets are independent assessments of scoring probability at various run thresholds, with higher thresholds representing longer odds.
