The event determines the winner of the 8th inning in the specified baseball game between the A's and Tampa Bay, resolving based solely on runs scored during that inning. If the A's score more runs in the 8th inning, the 'A's wins 8th inning' market resolves to Yes. If Tampa Bay scores more runs in that inning, the 'Tampa Bay wins 8th inning' market resolves to Yes. If both teams score the same number of runs, the 'Tie 8th inning' market resolves to Yes. Only runs scored during the 8th inning count; all other runs are irrelevant. Should the game end before the 8th inning is completed, all markets resolve to a Fair Price. Kalshi clarifies it has no official affiliation with the governing league, and all trademarks remain property of their respective owners.
