If both teams score the same number of runs, or if neither team scores any runs, the 'Tie 7th inning' market resolves to Yes. Only runs scored during the 7th inning count, and if the game is called before the inning is completed, all markets resolve to a Fair Price. The outcome is strictly based on the run differential within that inning, irrespective of the overall game result.
