A's vs Tampa Bay: 4th Inning Winner

The market resolves based on the number of runs scored by each team specifically during the 4th inning of the scheduled game. If the A's score more runs in that inning, the 'A's wins 4th inning' market resolves to Yes. If Tampa Bay scores more runs, the 'Tampa Bay wins 4th inning' market resolves to Yes. Should both teams score the same number of runs, the 'Tie 4th inning' market resolves to Yes. If the game is called before the 4th inning is completed, all markets resolve to a Fair Price. Only runs scored during the 4th inning are considered; performance in any other inning is irrelevant to the outcome.
