The market resolves based solely on the number of runs scored by each team during the 8th inning of the specified baseball game. If the A's score more runs in that inning, the 'A's wins 8th inning' market resolves to Yes. If Seattle scores more runs in the same inning, the 'Seattle wins 8th inning' market resolves to Yes. Should neither team score more runs than the other—meaning the inning ends in a tie—the 'Tie 8th inning' market resolves to Yes. Importantly, only runs scored during the 8th inning are considered; any runs from other innings are irrelevant. If the game is called or ends before the 8th inning is completed, all markets resolve to a Fair Price. The outcome is strictly determined by the relative scoring in the 8th inning, with no consideration for the overall game result or other contextual factors.
