The market resolves based on which team scores more runs during the third inning of the specified A's vs Houston baseball game. If the Athletics score more runs than Houston in that inning, the 'A's wins 3rd inning' market resolves to Yes. If Houston scores more runs than the Athletics in that inning, the 'Houston wins 3rd inning' market resolves to Yes. If both teams score the same number of runs, the 'Tie 3rd inning' market resolves to Yes. If the game is called before the third inning is completed, all markets resolve to a Fair Price. Only runs scored during the third inning count, and Kalshi explicitly states it is not affiliated with the governing league.
