Only runs scored during the 9th inning count, regardless of which team bats. If the game is called early before the 9th inning is fully completed, the market resolves at a Fair Price. The resolution is based solely on 9th-inning performance, even if the home team does not bat in the bottom of the inning, unless the inning is incomplete due to an early game cancellation.
