If neither team scores more runs than the other—or if the game is called before the 9th inning is fully completed—the tie market resolves to Yes, and any incomplete 9th inning due to an early game call results in a Fair Price resolution for all markets. Only runs scored within the 9th inning count, regardless of whether the home team bats in the bottom half of the inning.
