If both teams score the same number of runs, the 'Tie 3rd inning' market resolves to Yes. Should the game be called before the 3rd inning is fully completed, all markets resolve to a Fair Price. Only runs scored during the 3rd inning are considered; performance in any other inning has no impact on the outcome.
