If a player is scratched, starts but has no plate appearances, or enters later as a pinch hitter, all markets for that player resolve to the fair market price. Pinch-hit at-bats are excluded from calculations. Each market has a distinct threshold (e.g., 1+, 2+, up to 5+), and resolution depends on whether the player's total meets or exceeds that threshold. The markets are independent, and no single rule applies universally; each is evaluated separately against its specific criteria.
