If Colorado scores more runs than Arizona, the 'Colorado wins 3rd inning' market resolves to Yes. If both teams score the same number of runs, the 'Tie 3rd inning' market resolves to Yes. Only runs scored during the third inning count, and if the game is called before the inning completes, all markets resolve to a Fair Price.
