Frequently asked questions

The HLE vs T1 player deaths market on Limitless tracks real-time odds on whether any player in this matchup will finish a game with 10 or more deaths. The dashboard displays current pricing, historical price movements, and trading activity for this specific outcome. Traders use this market to express conviction about individual player performance during the series, with odds updating as new information and wagers flow in. This market reflects the collective assessment of whether defensive lapses or aggressive play will result in a player reaching double-digit deaths in at least one game.

Prediction market odds and traditional sportsbook odds serve different purposes. Sportsbooks focus on match outcomes and standard betting lines, while this market isolates a specific player performance metric. Prediction markets like this one aggregate trader beliefs through continuous pricing rather than fixed lines, often reflecting sharper consensus on niche events. Comparing the two requires translating between formats, but prediction markets typically offer more granular event resolution and can capture specialized knowledge that sportsbooks don't price separately.

On Limitless, this market is priced through continuous order flow and trader participation. On Limitless, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. Traders buy and sell shares representing "yes" or "no" outcomes, with the market price reflecting the collective probability estimate. As new information emerges—team rosters, recent performance, or patch changes—traders adjust positions, moving the odds. The platform's matching engine ensures transparent price discovery, allowing participants to enter or exit at any time before the market resolves.

This market resolves around Jun 12, 2026, once the HLE vs T1 series concludes and final statistics are available. The outcome is determined by verifying whether any player finished a single game with 10 or more deaths, confirmed against credible public sources such as official league records or broadcast data. Resolution is binary: if at least one player meets the threshold in any game, the "yes" outcome wins; otherwise, "no" prevails. Traders should monitor the series schedule to anticipate resolution timing.

Several factors could shift odds significantly before resolution. Roster changes, player substitutions, or unexpected absences alter the talent pool and defensive stability. Patch updates affecting champion balance or item builds may increase or decrease death rates league-wide. Recent performance trends—streaks of aggressive or passive play—signal momentum. Team meta shifts and coaching adjustments influence how teams position players. Media reports about player form or team strategy can also trigger repricing. Each game result within the series provides live feedback, potentially widening or narrowing the probability as the event unfolds.
