Description

This market will resolve to "YES" if any Club finishes in the top 3 in eight or more Esports World Cup 2026 tournaments, as shown in the Liquipedia Esports World Cup 2026 Club Championship standings. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "NO." For the purposes of this market, a tournament where a Club receives 1,000, 750, or 500 Club Championship points counts as a top-3 finish, including shared 3rd/4th-place results. The 2026 Esports World Cup is currently scheduled for July 2–August 23, 2026. Primary resolution source: Liquipedia Esports World Cup 2026 Club Championship standings: https://liquipedia.net/esports/Esports_World_Cup/2026/Club_Championship_Standings The MLBB Men's and MLBB Women's events count as separate tournaments. If one or more EWC 2026 tournaments are canceled and no Club Championship points are awarded for them, those tournaments will not count toward this market. If the 2026 Esports World Cup is canceled after it starts, or postponed/rescheduled to a date later than September 30, 2026, 23:59 UTC, this market will resolve based on Liquipedia information available at the time of cancellation, postponement, or rescheduling. If a Club is disqualified from the 2026 Esports World Cup before this market is resolved, that Club will not count toward this market. If a Club is disqualified from a specific EWC 2026 tournament before this market is resolved, that tournament will not count toward this market for that Club. If a Club’s top-3 finish in a specific EWC 2026 tournament is revoked, or its Club Championship points for that tournament are removed or reduced below 500 before this market is resolved, that tournament will not count as a top-3 finish for that Club. Any disqualification, point deduction, or standings change announced after this market has already been resolved will not affect the resolution of this market. If Liquipedia is unavailable at the time of resolution and remains unavailable for 72 hours, a consensus of credible reporting will be used.

Frequently asked questions

On Limitless, the EWC 2026 top-3 finish market dashboard tracks real-time odds and historical price movements for whether any club will finish in the top three positions across eight or more tournaments during the 2026 season. The dashboard displays current market sentiment, 24-hour trading volume, and cumulative interest in this outcome. Traders use this data to monitor shifting expectations around competitive performance and club consistency throughout the season. The interface provides a transparent view of how prediction market participants are pricing the likelihood of sustained top-tier finishes.

Prediction market odds and sportsbook odds often diverge because they reflect different pricing mechanisms and participant bases. Sportsbooks set odds to balance liability and extract margin, while prediction markets like this one aggregate trader beliefs through continuous price discovery. Prediction markets typically incorporate longer-term event data and niche expertise that traditional sportsbooks may not prioritize. For a season-long outcome like this market, prediction market odds can offer earlier signals and more granular probability estimates than conventional betting lines, especially as the 2026 season unfolds.

On Limitless, this market is priced through continuous order-book matching, where traders submit buy and sell orders that determine the real-time probability of the outcome. On Limitless, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The price reflects the consensus belief among active traders about whether any club will achieve top-three finishes in eight or more EWC tournaments. As new information emerges—such as team roster changes, early season results, or competitive standings—traders adjust their positions, moving the price up or down. This dynamic pricing mechanism ensures the market continuously incorporates the latest available evidence.

This market resolves around Aug 23, 2026, once the 2026 EWC season concludes and final standings are confirmed. The outcome is determined by verifying whether any single club finished in the top three positions across eight or more of the tournaments held during the season. Resolution relies on credible public reporting from official EWC records and tournament results. Traders should monitor the official schedule and results as the season progresses to anticipate the final determination.

Several catalysts could shift odds in this market throughout 2026. Early tournament results and club performance trends will provide concrete data on which teams are consistently competitive. Major roster changes, injuries to key players, or coaching decisions could alter a club's trajectory. Unexpected upsets or dominant performances in individual tournaments will influence perceptions of sustained top-three finishes. As the season progresses and clubs accumulate results across multiple events, the market will narrow toward the actual outcome, with late-season tournaments carrying the most weight in final pricing.
