Tactical announcements—such as a shift toward long-ball or set-piece strategies—can raise or lower corner expectations. Weather conditions on match day, referee tendencies, and recent form in corner-heavy or corner-light matches all matter. Additionally, any late news about squad rotation, managerial changes, or competitive pressure (e.g., qualification stakes) can move trader sentiment.
