Each market resolves to 'Yes' if the specified contestant is officially eliminated from America's Got Talent Season 21 before August 20, 2026. Elimination encompasses being voted off, evicted, knocked out, removed from further contention, voluntarily withdrawing, disqualification, or producer removal. The elimination must be declared through official program broadcasts, the show's website, verified social media accounts, or official press releases. Multiple eliminations occurring simultaneously are counted, and an initial elimination stands even if the contestant later returns. However, eliminations reversed in the same episode, temporary suspensions, medical holds, or finishing as a runner-up in the finale do not count. If the entire season is canceled without any eliminations being declared, all markets resolve to 'No.' Kalshi explicitly states it is not affiliated with the governing league, and all trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
