Frequently asked questions

Prediction market odds often reflect the collective wisdom of a diverse group of bettors, potentially offering a different perspective than traditional sportsbooks. Sportsbooks set initial lines based on statistical models and expert analysis, while this market is driven by real money changing hands as people express their beliefs about the likelihood of 37 or more total games. It’s common to see discrepancies between the two, as prediction markets can sometimes incorporate information that isn’t immediately reflected in sportsbook odds, or react faster to breaking news.

On Limitless, this market is priced through a continuous order book where traders buy and sell contracts representing the outcome of 37 or more total games. The price of these contracts fluctuates based on supply and demand, effectively creating a probability assessment. On Limitless, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. Traders are attempting to capitalize on perceived mispricings, and the market price reflects the aggregated belief of all participants. The more traders who believe 37 or more games will be played, the higher the price will climb, and vice versa.

This market resolves around Sep 3, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The official result of the Alexander Bublik vs Adrian Mannarino match, specifically the total number of games played, will determine whether the market settles in favor of 37 or more games. The final game count will be sourced from official tennis authorities and widely available sports data providers to ensure an accurate and transparent resolution.

Several factors could influence the price of this market. Any news regarding player fitness, such as an injury to either Bublik or Mannarino, would likely cause significant movement. Changes in playing surface conditions or weather forecasts, if the match is outdoors, could also impact expectations about the length of the match and therefore the total games played. Additionally, early performance in the match itself, even just the first few games, could shift trader sentiment and cause the market to react quickly.
