However, if the governing body or event organizers have not published final match statistics within 2 hours after the event's conclusion, data from Flashscore may be used; if Flashscore data is unavailable, data from Sofascore may be used; if neither is available, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead. Kalshi

The event resolves based on the result of the Yokohama vs Albirex professional Japan J2 League soccer match scheduled for September 6, 2026, after 90 minutes plus stoppage time. A 'Yes' outcome occurs if Yokohama wins (per the Yokohama market), Albirex wins (per the Albirex market), or the game ends in a tie (per the Tie market). All markets share a common secondary rule: if the match is cancelled or rescheduled to more than 48 hours beyond the original date, it will resolve to a fair price. The resolution exclusively considers the result after regular time, with no account for extra time or penalty phases. Kalshi explicitly disclaims any official affiliation with the governing league, and all trademarks remain property of their respective owners.

Frequently asked questions

The dashboard for the first goal scorer market aggregates data from multiple platforms, showing how traders price the chances of each team scoring first. It displays the top outcomes and their probabilities, along with total volume of $15,132. This gives you a live snapshot of market sentiment and lets you compare how Polymarket and Kalshi users are positioning themselves ahead of the match.

Prediction market odds on this market often differ from traditional sportsbook lines because they reflect the actual bets placed by traders rather than set odds. While sportsbooks may post a favored team at -150, prediction markets price outcomes based on user activity, which can lead to sharper or more volatile lines. For example, if traders believe Albirex Niigata has a strong edge, the implied chance could climb higher than sportsbook estimates, offering potentially better value for bettors.

Injuries, weather updates, or tactical changes announced by coaches can shift this market as they affect the perceived scoring chances of each team. Key moments such as recent form, head-to-head statistics, or even early goals in live play may also cause rapid adjustments in trading activity. Any development that alters the expected flow of the game can move implied probabilities significantly on both platforms before the final whistle.
